Client Work Product: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their use, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Your Content: You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to perform our services.

Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and the quality of services provided by your practice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTAL MEDIA CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You acknowledge that dental advertising is subject to regulations that vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that marketing materials and strategies comply with applicable healthcare advertising laws, dental board regulations, and professional standards. We will make reasonable efforts to create compliant content but cannot guarantee compliance with all local regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dental Media Corp regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
